Kitesurfing in Vung tau – Nov 2019

This blog entry is about kitesurfing in Vung Tau and how the northeast monsoon wind season, typical of the autumn-winter season has been altered

On a prior blog entry, few weeks ago, we already posted about how winds in Vung Tau and in the best known kite spots on the Coasts of the South of Vietnam, kitesurfing conditions were being affected

We had to recognize that after the concatenation of tropical storms that have being arriving to the area of central Vietnam since the second week of October, the situation was far from normal

Finally, at November 22th, it seems that the atmospheric situation is getting normalized and from now on we will have a typical situation of these dates

In the following four images, we can see how the “train” of tropical storms -6, so far- has concluded and therefore the monsoons of northeast direction are established again
